Are you listening to your body? Seems like a simple question but often we ignore the signs our bodies give us. Is it amazing how many people struggle with pain on a daily basis, so use to the niggles and twinges that we don't realise our bodies are communicating that we need help. It could be as simple as taking more rest, getting to bed a little earlier, or eating the right foods. Or it could be that an old injury is rearing it's head, and the body is telling us to seek help. As a bodyworker, it is my role to help you in deciphering that message, listening to the body and ensuring it gets the attention, support and recovery it needs.
