How do I know what people need?

How do I know what people need?

I was recently asked that question at an event I attended, and I suppose it's a hard one to answer, but I'll try !!

The most important part of treatment is you, so I begin with you. Whether it is on the phone or in person when we first meet, I ensure we have a thorough conversation.

The conversation allows me to begin the assessment process, you know your body, and often by asking the right questions, my clients are able to tell me a great deal.

I want to know about you, your general health, your symptoms, the length of your pain or discomfort. Then we may go through a range of movements, these can be Active, Passive and Resisted which helps identify the source of their problem, I will always discuss my process with you along the way..
