Don't hold onto your pain.
If you have a niggle and it's there all the time, and you do nothing about it, and then you lose movement, that pain has turned chronic.
If you're fed up of feeling in pain, PLEASE don't hold onto it for too long. Give me a call before it gets to that stage. I am more than happy to help.
