10 Ways to Switch Off & Digital Detox



Knowing how to switch off (at any time of the day!) has become somewhat of an art form. However difficult it may be, it is essential you know how and find what works for you. That's why I'm sharing 10 ways to help you switch off and digital detox! Trust me, you're going to want to write this down...


  1. Keep a journal to track your progress & write down your thoughts

  2. Spring clean & tidy your home

  3. Head out into nature; the beach, woods river, and listen to the sounds around you

  4. Play a card game with friends or family

  5. Star gazing

  6. Practice meditation

  7. Learn a new skill; maybe try knitting, sewing, drawing or baking

  8. Do some gardening

  9. Mindful colouring

  10. Slow down and simply take in the world around you
