Any Movement Is Exercise!



It's a well-known fact that exercise and getting your body moving is an essential part of keeping healthy and well. However, many people get fixated on the idea of exercise as an extreme sport that requires hours in the gym. But this is not the case! As long as you're moving your body, you're going in the right direction.



There are many ways to get your body moving that can be quite enjoyable and not feel like a slog, such as:

  1. A short walk

  2. Hiking

  3. Stretching

  4. Dancing




Our bodies were not designed to be inactive for long periods of time, so simply getting your body moving for just 20-30 minutes a day will do you a world of good - especially for those who have a desk job or sit for long periods of time. Regular physical activity can help to improve our overall fitness levels, increase our muscle mass, and boost our metabolism.


So get up and get moving!
